The SJBA Leadrership Development iis designed to provide leadership training courses to equip church leaders for ministry in the SJBA churches, and the communities of the 4-Corners Area.

- Andrew Begaye, SJBA American Indian Coordinator and RAIM Institute
Our Institute partners, on a referral basis, with the New Mexico School of Christain Leadership (NMSCL). They provide a system of courses for certificates and diplomas under Gateway Seminary's Advance program. The couses offered may be takenin the classroom or by streaming media online.
